You can use Dash to work with up to 100 items per member. Items are individual pieces of content from the apps you connect to Dash. For example, if you have 10 PDFs in Dropbox and 15 documents in Google Drive, you’ll have 25 items connected to Dash. Dropbox will determine in its sole discretion what qualifies as an item in a connected app. If an admin or member is inactive for 30 days, any apps they added may be removed.
